^ Well u know if you book online you get 15% off. I spoke to the manager Daniel on Friday and told him I'm coming from Galveston and he said they dont do online bookings for Saturday but I should come thru. Went there and he wasnt there so I told the service guy and he said sorry no discount. I told him to go ahead anyway. Got my alignment done and he hooked me up for about $100. I was the last one there and was chatting with them throughout the job. Also while I was watching Jerry do the alignment he was chatting up Tiffany

Hey does anyone know how to take off the check engine light? Mine still on an my inspection was due well last month now lol

 

Pull the bulb out

lol get a code scanner to clear it.

 

the computer will still throw a code if there is a problem.

 

Well obviously find out what's wrong with it first then clear it

 

if you clear the light right before inspection, it will show up N/A as not ready. u want to clear the light and give it roughly 30mi. if it doesn't pop back up, go straight to an inspection place.

 

I checked everything that I was told so idk what else could be wrong but hopefully somtime this week I can take it off at school or can autozone do that shi?

 

^^Unplug the negative cable on the battery for 15 mins... No matter what you do, if the problem still exist, it will come back on.

i got an obd2 scanner. i'll bring it with me tomorrow to c&c so we can check it out.

 

I asked a couple nsx guys to come out and park near us. should be 2 red and 1 black.

 

I'm about 5-6 minutes away from there. If you see some kid in a Black SE that would be me.

Not sure to park in Spectator or JDM for C&C.

 

Gee just scan it and see what code it brings up. Its counterintuituve to me to just reset the ecu in hopes of it going away when there maybe problem since there is a CEL.
