We do emissions test. Tint is 50/50 from my experience. Some cops care and some don't.
Florida is horrible and weird while Texas is the best.
We love our guns. We love our BBQ. We're not in the recession like every other state. Best jobs/companies you can find anywhere. We love ours cars especially our lifted trucks.
Welcome.

Emissions depends on County vehicle is registered in...Areas around Dallas, Austin, and Houston have emissions testing. Areas around San Antonio don't...but I'm sure they will soon.
The first legal difference I could think of between Texas and Florida is that in Texas equal use of force is not necessary when it comes to defending yourself or your property.
We are the superior state! Enjoy your stay.

As I recall Florida has no emissions. We do have emissions but some places depending on where you plan to move will only do a safety. But if it is the big cities then yes an emissions test will be required. Also the tint laws is none on windshield...30% limit for the fronts and you can go as dark as you want in the rear.
