I plan on replacing my stock speakers with the Avincar speakers that I got from elduderino.

Yeah, I'm gonna sit on it for at least a year (tax on profit hella-drops after that) and then sell it when I think interest is peaked. I don't know shiot about real estate, but everything points to that community appreciating pretty quickly from my purchase price. I'll definitely be while I live there!

 

If you hold it for at least 2 yrs, you will not have to pay capital gains taxes. However, if you keep it for under 2 yrs, you will have to pay uncle sam on your profit :yuk:

 

Hey Shalin, that was the most fun Ive had in a long time playing Halo.

Yeah, those rules have changed a lot recently. 2 years is awesome in that you don't even have to roll over the profits into another home or anything like that -- it's just tax free cash.

It does drop from like 35% (isn't that what capital gains tax is?) to 18% after one year, right? I may be a bit off on that.

If I had kids, it'd be tough, but I don't mind packing up a truck every 2 years if it's a big income supplement. I hate staying in the same place more than that anyway.
