Do you guys know of any good programmer forums? I did a search on google, but couldn't weed through the results to find a good one so I was wondering if there was one that you guys could recommend.

I know all about the different types of programming when it comes to procedural and OO programming. I got my BS in CS back in 02 and i'm working for NASA at the moment... but what I'm looking for is just a forum to ask questions about a certain programming language, whatever it may be at the time.
