Wireless network drops...sort of

I've used three different laptops and two routers and can't figure this out.

For whatever reason at completely random times the Internet will drop out on my laptop(s) when using wireless connectivity. Windows will show excellent signal strength, the IPs/gateway/DNS, etc. are all correct at the random time it drops.

I've tried two routers and three laptops and the same thing.

Repairing/disabling/enabling, etc. the wireless connection does not fix the issue. A hard reboot is the only solution I've found to resolve this.

Ideas?

I would say something is interfering with the signal. Try changing the wireless channel of the router's signal.
Also move the router away from anything cordless, & anything that's high power like TV's or microwaves. Try to put the router on it's own power outlet as well.

Use the above methods.

Also, I was having the same problem with my Linksys. After flashing to DD-WRT, it never had the problem again.
