okay so here's the Verizon question.
I'm looking on e-bay for a "unlocked" Iphone a lot of them due to my contract up in April and i'm not thrilled with the phones Verizon has to offer.a lot of them say must have "GSM" is Verizon GSM?
Before i drop 500-600 bucks i wanna know it will work.

 

only cdmas will work on verizon

 

have checked out vzw lately though? check out their site! the venus, voyager, and some other new ones just came out! well i have myself the moto rizr z6tv and i love it! mobile tv ftw!

 

it sure is, you can buy any unlocked iPhone and use it on VZW.

Really. I just spent a lot of time looking at new phones. I liked the Voyager, but every one I saw in the store looked like they were about to fall apart. I know that they get abused in the stores, but my cell doesn't really get pampered.

In the end I just went with a regular flip phone. It wasn't worth the extra cash to get a Voyager or Envy.

mltk53, I agree that Verizon has a pretty decent selection these days.

And for those of you getting new phones, don't forget to ask if they have any deals with your employers. I got an 8% discount on my plan and about $50 off one of the phones. This sucks compared to the 17% discount I had before.
