THere are plenty of people who would spend that amount for a wireless phone and data...average techie or uses a blackberry and wireless phone..(usually seperate)

avg calling plan 60 bucks
blackberry plan 50 bucks..

a few more bucks a month and instead of having the blackberry they can go online from a laptop or the new lg8000 phone at a faster rate of speed and do more things...

I wish I could pull out some internal info..but it is not worth getting fired...but u'll see plenty of people will spend money on it...if you want something bad enough u'll convince yourself u'll need it and u'll purchase it..just like a honda vs an acura sure there are speed diffrences but the whole idea behind it is a vehicle...

 

sorry but the majority of blackberrys are paid for by corporations, there is no way they will pay 100 a month for everyone to have high speed ev-do, and the government employees sure as hell arent going to get it. my department head bitches now because the blackberries cost so much for everyone and were talking a department that has earnings in the billions.

 

everyone just wait a couple weeks and Verizon is going to do something crazy with their calling plans.

 

First of all if you think goverment, and big corporations are even paying anything close to what a conusmer is paying your nuts...

they have goverment discounts, goverment worker discounts, they have b2b discounts 1-100, 500-1000,1000+.....

That is why evdo is not alot of money...they are actually giving out free trials to alot of corporations to see if their workers will get use out of them, and if they do then it is worth it.

Verizon plans are so old and tired, its about time they do something about it.

 

Thats so DUMB, Look above SUBSCRIBERS 47.6 Million, it says CINGULAR has 3 Million more Customers than VERIZON, and than the second fact in the second quote, says they offer Unlimited Calls to 40 million VZW Customers,

every one of these facts is either pulled out of context, outta there ass, or they have been correctly worded, or one sided.

I myself dont like either of these companies, and love T-Mobile but you dont seem to have Verizon with a full comparison with each company, like T-Mobile won JD Powers awards too, whats funny is how companies show they got awards 32430832948930 years ago, when the fact is we are in 2004 and what we want to see is current and recent awards, because things change from time to time, at once some companies sucked and are great now, and vice versa.

I hate that shit about how Dell Claims to win so many awards for years, but there service has gotten worse . How BMW Keeps winning same damn awards from Car and Driver and people are starting to open eyes and pick other more reasonable choices.

We should make a poll in off topic who would pay 100 a month for cell phone data service and see how many people say yes, i would be suprised if it was more then 5.

 

i know this for sure. and who the hell said anythign about data for $100 a month? from what i hear its prob going to be about half of that.
