Anyone have this and what is your review?

Am thinking of switching from my Tmobile which I pay $59 for 1,000 mins with texting.

Is that still going? Can't find it on the VW site.

When it was available, it was talk and text only, no web...

correct. Talk and text for $69.99

I have Tmobile for $59.99 (with 1000 mins) and pay $40 for the Verizon data stick for internet access in the field.

Before I switch to Verizon, I just want to see if any of us here is on this $69.99 plan and if they are happy. Thanks.

Why not go to Sprint then? You can get Unlimited talk ( cell to cell ) 450 minutes of land line, which no one really uses anymore, so its basically unlimited ..if you do make land line calls, still free nights and weekends starting at 7 p.m. with unlimiyed Web, Text, GPS, TV, Radio ect for $69.99 and have one of the better phones, The HTC EVO with 4G...thats the best deal of the premier providers...Lucky for me I'm on the employee referral program that you can usually get as well and thats $59.99 ...Verizon and Sprint basically use the same service EVDO...i only pay $40 though lol...old SERO plan

Well all carriers have better coverage in some areas than others and vice versa...Verizon is good here, as is Sprint...if Sprint has good coverage in the area that others are in, its the best deal, IMO

I do the Sprint thing as well. 450 minutes does not sound like a lot, but factor in that it also includes the free mobile to mobile and it ends up being more then necessary. I'd say in an average month I used maybe 150 minutes, since just about all my calls are mobile to mobile which are unlimited. Between that, the text and data coverage, I can do anything and my bill never moves each month. And with my corporate discount, it's an even sweeter deal then $69.99/mo... which is basically a bonus

Sprint gets great coverage around Charlotte, lots of 4G coverage, and even when traveling I get excellent service. Been on Sprint for ~5 years and will likely stay as it's been great thus far...
