Actually they are the best service out there as far as NJ goes but today they suck.

Found out about there 'advanced voicemail' option last night that increases mailbox size, since my mailbox has been 3 msgs from full for the past couple weeks decided to get it since its only 6.99 a month extra...and with my bill already hovering around 300 every month an extra 6.99 isnt gonna hurt....

They forgot to tell me that adding the feature resets your entire voicemail and deletes all msgs in it...

So the 20 msgs that ive been trying to save because they have important info / phone numbers, are all now gone and after bitching at them for 10 min about it all they gave me was a $10 credit as consolation.
