Verizon messing up my IN TXTing

I signed up for the $5 IN msging plus 50 out-of-network msging bundle about a month ago. And it seems they are putting an absurd amount of msgs (both sent and received in the "other domestic TXT category" which obviously costs me money. I called a week ago and they said wait til the invoice posts then call back. So i did, and the angry black woman said: "well im looking right on the screen and it tells me which texts are verizon and which aren't." I then tell her "I know I don't send or receive that many out of network texts. Can you tell me the specific destination/source of said messages?"
Angry black woman: "it doesn't say that, just which are in and which are out."

Of course, it's happening this month too. Yesterday the VZW website said I sent 9 "other domestic TXTs", I sent a few back and forth to my gf, who is on verizon, and I wake up today and it's up to 13.

Messaging ‡‡‡
Sent Received
IN TXT 43 54
Other Domestic TXT 13 30

Basically, who can I escalate this to because I know the system says I did above messaging, but I feel some of my IN network msgs are going into the wrong category?

I know a friend of mine was not "in" on Verizon when they signed up as the promotion wasn't around then. Is your girlfriend "in" or is she just a verizon customer?

She is a Verizon customer, but I do not know what type of text messaging plan she has. Are you saying if she doesn't have the unlimited IN texting plan but instead has one of the "200 msgs for $4.99" plans that texting her will eat up my "other domestic texts?"

I am definately thinking that since she is not on the "in" plan. I would call and talk to Verizon, or ask one of the guys who work for Verizon that visit the site. If she isn't on an "in" plan, she should switch so you don't get charged for these messages.

are you getting any messages from people from AIM, or is it possible someone u know is texting you that is not verizon but they think they are..(alot of customers are clueless about what service they have believe it or not)...

i have yet to see this happen to any of my customers...because someone tried to explain it to me how they can verify just by the network who is a verizon customer or not...so it is pretty hard for it to fuck up...

but then again it is computers and anything is possible..

you should call tech support and escalate it that way...customer service usually cant look into that...

Well I pretty much text my girl 1:1 send/receive, and I noticed the other domestic sent went up by 13, rec. stayed the same, IN sent stayed the same, IN received went up by 10 since this morning.

I will call tech support tonight.

OK, I'll check on this. I don't get any aol or news/stocks etc text. I've narrowed it down to adding rec. msgs to IN network and sent msgs to out of network.
