I'm going to attempt this tomorrow when I'm back in the office, so if anyone has experience in this type of setup and can offer advice I'd appreciate it....

What I'm trying to do is set up my desktop charger to charge my phone and sync to my Outlook calendar every time I dock it.

- I've got the USB cable that allows my 710 to work with MPT.

- I've got the desktop charger and a spare power supply.

- I've got the most recent Mobile Phone Tools software.

- I'm running Outlook 2000 atop Windows 2000 OS.

Has anyone successfully acheived this or a similar setup? Will I be able to, in true PocketPC fashion, just plop the v710 into the desktop charger and have it automatically sync to my Oultook calendar without the need to click and launch an application?

There used to be a time when I could sync my Outlook calendar to MSN.com and then use my T720 to pull down my calendar, but that option no longer exists for the v710. This seems to be a similar (and better) solution.
