anyone got this phone?? My dad works for SBC and the company is paying us to switch over to Cingular and my dad told me to go find a phone I want.

I love this phone but dont know how good it is. Anyone know anything about it??

 

has it i think... but i have the k700i and the one u mentioned above only has more features with a mega pixel camera, so yea it is defnitely better and i have been happy with my fone for a while... so i can give u a green light on this fone !!

 

I have s700i not 710, difference between the two isn't much. I think you should go for it, u'll love it.

 

Ya Difference is just S710 is black and has edge vs. gprs and 850 band for Cingular, while s700 has FM Radio, 900 band, and GPRS and is silver

ya i know the differences but i was just saying there aren't major differencesbetween the two, but maybe for you they are.

 

The design is very nice, but like Motorola, SE software is slow and their RF performance is suspect. I would recommend the Nokia 6620 or the 6230.

 

6230i is nice too, 1 MP just like s700, And yes I hear the Menu on the SE is very slow, and I dont know the RF on it, as I have never used it, I have a SE Phone and compared to my nokia's it doesnt quite stand up, but it is a old T610 and they say that those models RF Sucked, but that new 6230 is sweet too, but this s700 Swivel is pretty nice
