powerpoint 2002 question

powerpoint 2002 question

i am working with a master slide and was wondering if there was a way to insert a picture into a master slide so that picture shows up on every slide

i looked into f1 help for this and came up with nothing

Sure, insert> picture> from file. Then click on the picture and drag the handles to size it. I do this all the time with our company logo.

um, i know how to insert a picture, i wanted to know how to make it appear on the same place on every slide just by inserting it into the masterslide

just like adding a picture on a normal slide, u just add it to the master slide.

its a gif file, and its not animated or anything

yeah should work all you need to do is paste the picture on the master slide and then ur set. put it where you want it and it will show up on all the other slides you make. like a template... which is what you want.

If all else fails then insert onto one slide and then copy/paste onto the others.

Well, you might be inserting it under something else:

View-->Master-->Slider Master
Insert your graphic and position/size it
Right click your graphic, and select Order-->Bring To Front

Sometimes people get the title master and slide master mixed, make sure they each get the graphic you want.
