I am on a 600 min plan with free nights (after 9pm) and weekends. Am at 500 mins now and still 2 more weeks to go.

Anyone have hookups at T-mobile that can change my plan for me for a better one?

Last time, they wanted me to sign a 2 year contract even tho I did not need a phone and had been with them forever. They finally changed me when I called up to cancel my service. Don't want to try that again.

 

call in and tell them you arent satisfied or something, Be LIKE "how does 3 way calling work, and they will tell u it uses double the mins, and be like WHAT!?" I was never told this, I want refund for my minutes, and they will go no, we cant do that sir, but we can give u a 50 min bonus for the month, be like ya thats ok, but next time I wont use 3 WAY!"
