Poll: Do you unlock/jailbreak/turbo sim your iPhone?

I hear alot of people talking about it on here so I'm just curious what the ratio is? I personally don't.

My iPhone 3G is locked to AT&T but it's jailbroken running 2.2.1 at the moment. Plan to upgrade to 3.0 and jailbreak as soon as I hear some positive reviews.

The only features I jailbroke for were bossprefs (hide apps, one touch toggles and percent battery bar), categories (folders), pysl (which I ended up deleting because of the way it delivered notifications), and flashlight (auto full-brightness). Contemplating going as far as to get winterboard and backgrounder.

You should really look into winterboard. The themes are what really sets other iPhones apart. I don't know how many times people ask me how I have my iPhone looking the way it is. Not only is the springboard different but the sound, keypad, lock screen, and unlocking also has a different theme to it. For example, my theme lets me unlock the lock screen with just a single tap at the bottom (some might not like this, but I do).

do it. i did via redsnow, works amazingly, and almost all apps on cydia are updated for 3.0. but i reccommend icy installer since cydia constantly reloads and gets annoying after a while.

What computer did you use? (Windows, Intel Mac, PowerPC Mac, etc.)
I have a PowerPC.

nope, I used to on my 1g (silver one) simply because it was not yet available in my country and I wanted one. As soon as the 3g came out I got one and haven't bothered jailbreaking/un locking and am perfectly satisfied. To be honest messing around with those apps and having to sit on my hands for updates etc was annoying, especially when it seemed like a new version was releasing every few months.

I have jailbroken mine in the passed, but since updating to 3.0 was such a pain in the ass, i am still trying to decide if I want to do it again.

If you are using your iphone on tmobile, which data plan did you get and how did you set it up?

Trying to figure out how to do this right now without actually answering their question about which phone I am trying to set up.
