I got an older verizon phone (had it a little over a year now - so out of waranty). Anyway, so the damn thing just keeps turning off on its own, and just freezes (requiring me to take my battery off to turn it off). Anyway spoke to verizon and they said that since I still have a year left on my contract, all they can do for me is replace my phone for fifty bucks or I can buy a new one. I bought a new battery on ebay for $10 and I was wondering if the old battery might be the cause, and also is there anything I can do with verizon to get a phone for cheaper? Don't have much money to spend on my cell phone. :shit:

 

Phone turning on and off by itself battery could be the problem.

 

if u have insurance..it would have extended the manufactures warranty...

 

Might be water damage.

Add insurance and request a change

 

u can not add insurance after 6 days of service...
