For all your techie people. This is pretty cool. I read about this technology a few years ago, but this is the 1st I have seen of it. (Not really LCD, it's a polymer display)

this is the technology they want to use to build 'invisible' vehicles right? ... cover a tank in this stuff displaying the image from a camera on the opposite side, and you can't see a thing.

invisible aston martin bond car was based on this concept.

Hopefully in 5-10 years they'll be color and recieve data wirelessly so you can read the "newspaper" with up to the minute headlines

 

They didn't mention anything about backlighting tho.

Sweetness. Hope that gets put into use in a few years in color and all that. Lots of brilliant ideas like this seem to get lost in time somehow. Hope this one doesn't.

that would be hot of a speedometer and odo were screens and you can switch between s2000 style digital readout or analog readout and change the colors.
