I just want to know what everyone thinks about this phone. I am thinking about purchasing one for its text messaging capabilities.

Also.. Does anyone know where i can purchase an AT&T version of this phone?

the 6820 is an awesome phone, you might wanna check ebay for the att version

...At&t/Cingular...its all the same now. BTW, Cingular is coming out with the 6822 or 6820i. Something like that.

 

Hey Hicks, a friend of mine in town has this exact phone and he's an AT&T user. His brother got them through his deal as a Dell employee. If you get a Cingular one, you can just unlock it.

Do you also have this hook up for Cingular users. I know they're sort of the same biz now, but it goes differently on some phones. I have my renewal up on 3/10 and am considering the 6820 and 3120 for my wife and myself (as we split an account).
