Mac OS X Snow Leopard
#321
Current Hackintosh:
Intel Core i7-870 Quad
GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4P LGA 1156 Intel P55
8 GB Gskill PC12800 RAM
OCZ Vertex 2 SATA SSD 100 GB (plus extra conventional drives)
ATI 5770
OSX thinks it is a Mac Pro, the important part is to use Gigabyte motherboards they have the fewest compatibility issues.

You burn a CD called 'iboot' which is the bootloader, telling OS X to not look for the TPM. After loading into a menu, you pop in your Snow Leopard disc, install it (usually in safe mode) and reboot.
A second set of files called Multibeast include kexts/drivers, you install those upon the first bootup of Snow Leopard. Takes about 1 to 2 hours total.
