FastCAD32
I have used Ought-to-CAD (AutoCAD), MicroStation and by far the best bang for the buck has been FastCAD32. Look at www.fastcad.com . They offer a free 14-day downlodable version for your testing. I highly recommend this program and I am a high-end CAD user. Tell Mike Riddle (owner/Chief architect) I sent you. BTW, I am also a beta tester for them.

AutoCAD is by far the best and most-used software throughout the professional world. the latest version is AutoCAD 2002. AutoCAD 2000 is basically the same thing with less internet support (which to me is useless anyways)
you can get AutoCAD for free on Kazaa..its probably a several hundred megabit file download, and youll need security codes, etc. to purchase the software is very expensive.
Ive been using autoCAD for about 7 years now, its definately top-of-the-line...ive played around with MicroStation, but i thought it sucked....there are also other cheaper, lamer drafting programs, but AutoCAD is the best

I'm not sure I need a fully-loaded program for high-end users, but I'll check these out.
Thanks for the help, y'all
