I just called to order mine and the guy told me they still didn't receive it. He stated they were supposed to receive them today, but they haven't yet.
If someone else has any luck, please post it so I can try again!!

I just got off the phone with sprint and was able to order the LG-325. Thank God. She didn’t have any accessories to go with the phone as yet. I really didn’t even care. All I wanted was the damn phone. Now I can throw this bullsh*t T-608 off a high rise building or in the ocean. (what ever I can get to first). The phone cost $229.99.. Good luck and hurry…….. the first shipment is going very fast

why bash the t608. other than battery life, it is supposed to be a very good phone with great reception...in fact i would go as far as to say, sony/ericsson puts out higher quality product than LG

I called again and was able to order the phone... Apparently the first guy didn't know what he was talking about.
To answer jjsC5, and everyone else correct me if I am wrong, but the phone cost $229 outright without and contract extension. I was told that my old phone qualified for the trade-in program and if I extend my contract for another 2 years and trade-in my phone, I will get $150 back.

You may want to call Sprint again. If you asked for a mail-in rebate form, you should call Sprint. The form, which can be picked up at any Sprint location, is on back-order, meaning your phone won't be shipped out until this little piece of paper is available. You have to call and cancel the rebate form, or ask the shipment to be seperated.
I am so pissed, I called in last night asking about this and the guy didn't even check my account. Now my phone won't be here until Monday or Tuesday.

RepellP are you sure the phone is on back order and not the Rebate Form? That was the problem with mine. BTW I will have mine tomorrow.

rs808... I did see that post but at this point I am skeptical to cancel and reorder... Did you try the web yet?
Aspector... I also called earlier last week when you posted something about the rebate form and the guy I spoke to rudely told me that they would ship the rebate form 8 weeks after the phone ships.

You may want to try the website. I have read that the website and telesales don't use the same warehouse. Meaning eventhough telesales is on backorder, the website may have them in stock.
The website apparently did not fare any better. I ordered the PM-325 Saturday night through sprintpcs.com , this is the e-mail I got from Sprint today:

EDIT: After reading above post, I guess I will let you know when I get the backordered email.
Congrats radkins... And now I can share in that glory... Even though the rep told me that my phone was backordered, it showed up today. And as everyone reported, it pairs up great just no battery or signal strength displayed!
I got mine this morning as well and went to the Sprint store to have my phone book transfered. The guys were ooh and ahhing over the phone they don't sell. And guess what since they don't sell it, they don't have the semsync (I think thats the name) software to transfer phonelists into it.
So during an extremely boring class this afternoon I manually transfer about 60 numbers. And I must say I am pretty quick at typing now.
I have run into a couple inconviences. When searching the phone book you can type in multiple letters but it only searches the first letters in the first name. Meaning if I search BR i will get Brent Smith, but not Smith Brent. I list all contacts first name last name, and have multiple Chris's and John's so I can't search by their last names. The other inconvience is car charging, I need to work with it some more, may be a loose connection. But it seemed that the phone won't charge while in use.
BTW HFL is awesome, I don't care if I don't see battery or signal strength, I am talking without moving my hands off the wheel.

Aspector Gadget, is caller ID working with your HFL and the LG? You're right, that the battery and signal aren't that impportant, but I woiuld like to know wether or not I should pick up certain incoming calls!
