Does the Iphone save pictures you take with the phone
to your computer everytime you sync? If so where?

 

ask apple chat on the apple store website, they can walk you through it
mine saves to a folder on my desktop(windows) its simple as shit to set up.

Mine just imports them to iphoto in their own folder. You can set it up to sync every time or manually do it
