So i want to jailbreak my iphone 3g with the 3.0 software. I found out that i can jailbreak it with redsn0w and unlock with ultrasn0w. But my problem is that when i plug the phone into itunes and it says the sim card is not supported because i have tmobile. And when i take it out it says cannot activate because i have no sim card. To do the jailbreak i need to get to the main screen where it shows the phone and it has the update/restore buttons but i cant get to that place because i dont have an at&t sim card. Is there any way around that so i can get to that screen??
