how to swap phone from Verizon to Sprint?
I found a good deal on a Verizon Treo but we're with Sprint. What's involved in the changeover, including cost? Is it worth it?
The upgrade prices on Sprint.com are crazy; I'm trying to get one off Craigslist so my wife can enjoy bluetooth and text messaging, as well as the web and mobile programs on a Palm or Windows Mobile platform. I'm trying to do this for less than $300 (new OR used)

kwelity, that's a good link, but not for existing clients, as usual with Sprint.
I guess to answer my own question, I bought my wife a treo 650 off CL that was already a sprint phone, so that's out of the way.
I guess my question is, do I need to unlock the phone to have it work when we change providers?

You can't change a Verizon phone to Sprint phone at all...
If you are not under contract you can get the SERO plan... Some have success while still under contract

Hmm, can't you unlock the phone, then switch to Verizon?
Also, the SERO website specifically says you have to be adding a new line of service, but I guess we could always try it eh?
I guess the SERO thing is done all online?
