I'm gonna do the preware overclock and turn off logging and what not as it will speed up the device.

 

 

So...let me get this straight. Miz whines, cries, screams, rants, sobs, and whimpers for the TouchPad...gets one for still a decent price from Whiskers, and now does nothing but whine more about it...?

For effs sakes...he KNEW it was not made by the Gawdly Apple...so, naturally it was going to SUCKETY SUCK.

I truly believe if he had the iPad, the fact it can't do Flash, can't multitask, is just as heavy...none of those would be factors.

So, back on topic for a bit before I turn back to teaching Miz a lesson...the TouchPad has indeed shown its worth so far at home, at least for my wife.

She loves it. Since she mostly uses the web to access Facebook, e-mail, and read up on things, it has been perfect for her esp. with the Touchstone and keyboard if she has some extensive typing to do.

As well, when she has looked up a recipe, voila...easy access. And of course, this all has a trickle effect as I now don't have to share my laptop and/or desktop.

 

 

 

 

I will say, I still do not find much utility in the product...it's decent and all, but, I still prefer what I can do on my laptop, desktop, and/or smartphone...

Now, back to Miz...and his non-stop complaining......................

My main purpose of it will be in my bedroom, to act as a clock display and a web browser. It's much easier with a tablet than having a heated heavy laptop

Of course that is, if I will ever getting this motherfa thing.

 

What can't you do on your touchpad that you can on your smartphone other than make calls. The whole reason I want one is to me it will be a large smart phone for the couch with a bigger screen. So I see a win. I used to not see it as a win till I got my bigger smart phone. Also never saw it as worth it at $500+ either.

 

No if you go back further Miz has cried way more. Then when he got one he even complains about it. I only started crying about it cause Yummy said that is the only way you can get one

 

 

Well, again...it's all preference. I certainly would not ante up that much $$$$ for a tablet to start with (of my own money). But, at HP's pricepoint, it is perfect. And honestly, it is neat. I just don't have much use for it since I can get what I need to get done in my other devices.

I'm just happy my wife loves it so much.
