Looks like invites are open again. At least its showing up for me I can invite people. I shouldn't refresh my stream for now. lol.
I really like how you can comment on threads from the notification bar. Its so efficient. Instead of the notification directing you to back to the post, you can read the whole thing from the notification bar and even comment back on there.

Man missed the Hangout with Michael Dell by a few seconds. Still have to try that feature out. Wonder what they talk about in those. He seems to do one every day.

I think invites are gone for the day. I don't see it on mine either. You could try the post share trick though. It might work. It sucks we can't share circles yet. Maybe in the future it'll come. Would be nice for someone to create one then we just add that circle kinds like how Lists work on Twitter.

Yeah its a privacy reason. If you knew which Circle you fell under, then that defeats the whole purpose of creating Circles. For all I know, some of you placed me under annoying Android Guy on Acurazine Circle. lol.

Add the person you want to add into your GMail contacts.
Add that person into a circle of your choice (preferably Friend or Family, you could always move them later on).
Create a post on your stream and make it limited to whoever you want.
Share that post to the person's email address you're trying to add.
They'll receive an e-mail and its just luck from that point.
Also, it seems the more people that share post invite, the higher your chances of getting in.
Invites come and go and right now they're not there. Might be back up again tomorrow though. You'll see an invite button on the bottom right. For now, you can try the Post share trick to invite which is what people are doing when the invites are not there. They sometimes work but its not a gurantee. Here's a quick tutorial on how to do it and increase your chances of getting them in:
Add the person you want to add into your GMail contacts.
Add that person into a circle of your choice (preferably Friend or Family, you could always move them later on).
Create a post on your stream and make it limited to whoever you want.

Yeah the ones I posted are pretty straight to the point. I learn new stuff each day with this thing. Then again, its still changing every day as nothing is set in stone yet. Also, don't forget to leave feedback. You can help direct where they're heading with this thing.
