Forum Software for Windows Servers?

Anyone have any experience with decent quality Web forum Software for Windows servers? Don't bother telling me UNIX/Linux solutions are better. I know that. I'm thinking about putting something in at work and we only have Windows servers available. It would be for informal correspondence. No enterprise data or processes would be dpendent on it.

From what I can tell, it looks like vBulletin can be made to run on Windows but most of the support info seems tailored for *nix. Not to mention some of 's posts make vBulletin sound like too much of a sysadmin headache for what I'm looking to do. As much as they irritate me, I have IIS and SQL Server at my disposal and have the sysadmin resources to maintain them. I'm hoping to find something that would be close to a plug-in on that platform. User authentication against MS Active Directory or a Windows domain would be a major plus. We have approximately 1,500 total users on the network. I would estimate that no more then 300 would be simultanously using the system. Likely <= 100.
