ok... tech break here.

say I have the number 32450 in an Excel cell, formatted as a number. Is there any way I can change the way its displayed in that cell, to "Thirty-two thousand four-hundred and fifty"?? i.e. spell it out as words... without having to do it manually.

That logic has been around for a LONG time... When I used to process payroll, I thought it was pretty interesting tho... (I'm a geek)...

 

 

Not hating, just think it's interesting that the logic used to do it isn't already in excel...

Like I said, I'm a geek, so that string manipulation code usually gets my attention...
