Does anybody knows?

I have 2 cellphones w/ Sprint, and wanting to switch the numbers with each other. In other words, I want my number in my mom's handset and hers in mine, 'cuz her handset is better, and she doesn't need all of the fancy features. Customer service people at the sprint stores are just HORRIBLE, so if anyone here in this forum knows how to do that, please let me know.

call 888-788-4727 or 888-211-4727 and tell them you want to swap. it should be pretty straight forward. good luck.

That's a very easy thing to do. Sprint should be able to switch numbers within 15 minutes, but I'd take the phones to the local Sprint store instead of calling. When you call, you will have to read the ESN numbers off both phones and possibly a string of other numbers and they are usually very small print, inside the battery compartment, and very difficult to see. I'd recommend letting the clerk at the store struggle with the numbers.
