This isn't going to help at all if the wireless infrastructure requires MAC address registration or 802.1x authentication (your network username/password).

I agree. I don't go anywhere with my work computer except company related sites. I check my email and surf the web from my cell phone when I am at work.

I suggest bring in the cocoa puffs / manapua, even the haole's like that .. they'll go fast, just try not to eat more than one or else hit the gym.. .

true but most offices only have router login protection.. the admin at the last two offices I worked at didn't do MAC reg or auth for wireless connection.. mostly because the big boss would wonder why he can't log in with their new laptop and chew their ass out.. lol.

Is this idiot for real?

There are ways of tracking/logging network traffic that a user cannot prevent. Give it up.

Technically, he is not an idiot.

He is just inquisitive regarding certain subjects.

Now, if he browses porn AFTER all he has been told here, then he is an idiot.

No ways. Korean all the way. Either sorabol or if I'm feeling pake then millions. I think we're going chinatown tonight, bar 35 or next door. Tomorrow night is disco party at pearl which actually sounds somewhat ghey.

Pearls is for girls, all the guys there are pretty much ghey. Sorabol is the shit cause they still server alcohol after 4am. Also first friday was last week so chinatown might be slow. Rather just fire up the hibachi and kick back at home.

Thats like saying, "can I get away with not paying my taxes?". You may think you are getting away with it for a while, but sooner or later you will be found out. Everything computers do is written data and leaves tracks.
