Computer Help! Invisible Mouse with 24" LCD

I have a dell xps m1330, I have been using a 24" lcd connected via hdmi fine. I installed the new nvidia driver chip, then I went to plug my external monitor in again and the cursor/mouse is invisible. The keyboard works fine, but the mouse works its just the cursor dissapears as I can see the outline of an icon when rolling over it. Anyone know the solution? This is nuts. I googled and came up with nothing

Ahh so thatll just make this thing more noisy. Well explains why I guess this shitty ass card can't display 1080P without being choppy on my 24" external monitor via hdmi. What a POS, big reason I got this monitor was to watch some HD trailers etc in 1080p
