Over the weekend, Verizon replaced my Krzr with a new Krzr (speaker was cutting in and out). Ever since then, if someone calls my cell, it won't even ring. It'll just go straight to my voicemail. I haven't had a chance to take it in yet, but has this happened to anyone?

call them.. prob needs to be reprogrammed... one of my phones did that a couple years ago...

 

Got it fixed. Took it to the VZ store. The tech dialed *18 on my phone and it fixed the problem. Said something having to do with out of state number trying to connect to a local cell tower.
