Bluetooth

Anybody here have any bluetooth computer peripherals? My laptop has integrated bluetooth, and I want to try and hook it up so that when I get back from class or something, I can lay my laptop on my desk and sync it with my desktop monitor, speakers, and wireless mouse/desktop. Is that even possible? Is there some kind of adapter that I can plug those peripherals into and allow them to sync with my computer? It seems like bluetooth has a lot of potential, but the extent of my use has only been to sync it with my PDA. TIA!

what do you mean sync with your monitor? do you just mean wireless connection to your monitor? BT doesnt have the bandwidth for video.

if its a mac, check out http://homepage.mac.com/jonassalling...ker/index.html

I was hoping that I could plug my monitor into some kind of wirless base, and then have that connect with my laptop. So that won't work? That link kinda makes me wish it was a mac, but it isn't Thanks though!

currently BT is designed for low bandwidth applications:

syncing cellphones/PDAs
wireless mouse/keyboard
computer remote control
bt headsets and handfree applications

basically simple stuff like that

Thanks for the reminder Zach.
I need to break into Snaps house and kill him in his sleep, so I can get my Bluetooth headset back.
