Let me say this, my bitpim used to work just fine, but since I reinstalled windows, the phone drivers, and bitpim itself, it's not working properly. I'm trying to pull my pictures from the phone onto the computer, and i think it gets the index, but then it just sits there. It does pull the phonebook onto the computer, so i know it's connected. I've tried like 3 different versions, and i get the same result every time.

What can I do? Is there another program i can try, or a way to fix this? Thanks.
