Which do you prefer and why?
I am going into real estate sales so I need a new small notebook for e-mails, surfing internet, and will also be DL movies and music.
Im a PC person myself but am sick of all the viruses and pop ups.
how do the apple processers compare to the M processers.

Since what you need to do can be done on any platform I vote for the Powerbook.

I picked up a macmini when they first came out and I think its great.

 

So long as you can interface with the MLS (multiple listing service) on an Apple...then go Apple...otherwise PC.
