Customers have asked us to expand the headphones you can use with the shuffle. New headphones will come out and all have the controller for the shuffle
Why not just make an inline controller dongle?

I was watching for that. Tough call for users: move up to an iPhone or down to a nano. I think I know how the users will go and that's a good business decision.
