What charging cables are you guys using? Seems like Anker from amazon is pretty popular but there is so many of them (powerline, powerline+, powerline ii, powerline iii), I want to get a few to replace my older cables.

I have this one.
The difference between the powerline and powerline+ is that the + has nylon braiding for the outside where the non+ is like a regular cable.
Anker Powerline+ Lightning Cable (6ft) Durable and Fast Charging Cable [Double Braided Nylon] for iPhone Xs/XS Max/XR/X/8/8 Plus/7/7 Plus/6/6 Plus/5s/iPad and More (Red)

When I saw that 13mm wide angle that’s all I needed to know. Actually it was before I even knew the number ![Chuckle](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/chuckle.gif)

Subaru are rated pretty highly. I mean I could say I'm never buying another Dodge again after my car needed some unexpected out of warranty fixes. But I called HQ...opened a ticket and they helped out. And then the dealer helped out further. So...its car, shit happens, cost of doing business. Unless you got a lemon in need of constant repairs.

2018 model iPhones and iPad Pros and newer will have multiple camera simultaneous recording with iOS 13. The APIs are there and apps are being made to support it
https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2019/249/
Apple uses the multi-cam technology in the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Camera app, showing image data from the wider scene in the toolbar areas of the viewfinder interface. However, the Camera app does not directly support recording multiple streams. For now, iPhone users will have to rely on the third-party app ecosystem for that functionality.

Got my case in the mail. The square on the back is much larger than I thought. Not a bad thing.

SO much thinking while watching that video. forgot it was a camera phone comparison.

iJustine may as well be the brand ambassador at this point.

I can't see the video. Why did she compare to a 3a when the 3 has the superior camera?

Other reviewers think the Pixel 3 and 3a image quality are identical in regards to Night Sight
https://www.androidauthority.com/goo...rison-1014894/
HDR+, Night Sight, and Portrait effects are identical on both models.
Google’s cutting edge machine learning features, like Night Sight and HDR+, make their way to the Pixel 3a completely intact. The only trade-off is that processing these advanced features takes a little longer on the Pixel 3a.

A 3a is a valid replacement for a 3 for a rear camera comparison against iPhone 11 Pro.
She's pretty unapologetic about this. However, unlike other "brand ambassador" types like Rene Ritchie, she actually has a lot of positive things to say about Apple's competitors.

I have a 3 but never use the selfie camera though the zooming is a nice feature. The photos are great on it and I only paid $350. Hopefully the 4 pushes the limits for the iPhone 12.

Green matte finish is beautiful. No regrets
Only regret is glass screen protectors, always get one or two specks of dust caught in between.

I haven’t had a chance to try out the camera yet, but tbh I am hard pressed to notice much of a difference otherwise. I guess battery percentage drops slower than normal.
It’s blazing fast, though my XS was no slouch even after iOS 13.
Display is vivid, seemingly brighter than the XS. It could be placebo, haven’t done a side by side.
Need to upgrade stuff to Wifi 6.
If it had the pro motion display, bilateral charging, USB-C port, smaller notch, and 5G it would be an absolute must-buy, but here we are.

The optimizations they’ve focused on with the last two iOS iterations are great though.
I have no doubt that my 8, wherever it is, and even my 7 are still smooth and responsive on iOS 13.

‘17 RDX Advance. iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13. All of a sudden I get the message after starting the car: Unable To Load Phonebook.
With enough dinking around in the system, I was finally able to see my phonebook on the screen. Cool. Then I start the car and the above message occurs. Not fixed. Am I the only one with this issue? Is there a solution? (An aside, has anyone found if the Menu button actually does anything? Nipples on a man? )
(I’m already dealing with not being able to answer/talk using the car’s Bluetooth system with hearing aids. Since iOS 11, it’s either/or with my hearing aids - unless I dig deep in the iPhone menus every time I enter/exit the car, But that’s another issue.)

I have lost track of when it started but yes, it does happen to me every once in a while.
Multiple conversations with Acura and Apple, but it still comes and goes.
Am on iOS 13.1 with an XS Max, and it happened just a couple of days ago.
Next time I start the car, it usually works again.
