Anyone use Salesforce.com at work?

I need help with Salesforce. It's driving me nuts. I'm trying to pull up a mailing list/contact list from all of our accounts, but it keeps leaving a whole bunch of people out. I don't get it and I'm getting extremely aggravated.

I'd call their support people, but they're never any help.

Oh, Goody!!

We just got it. Big push to implement, train and deploy.

I can hardly contain my excitment; especially considering the comments above.

Don't worry, I'm sure it's come along a bit since 2007

We switched to Salesforce about 6 months ago but I don't use it enough to help. I use it in a very basic fashion.

Off topic, I saw that they're one of the best paying companies for their positions on CNN a few months ago.
