I really need a new pda and a new phone...I have looked into buying a combo that is Palm based b/c the best medical programs are in this format... any advise or personal happy or horror stories? Thanks...Sith

make sure the applications you are goign to use support the palm os 5 that the treo has. A few of the applications I need do not support that. Wish I knew before I bought it.

yeah and at treocentral.com people are trying to figure out if they are going to get theirs tomorrow in the mail or not. seems no two people in shipping know the same thing. Now this is at palm. Sprint people are saying its backordered and they wont have it for another week or something.

My friend is one of the ones with the next day shipping order.

I hope palm didnt drop the ball by not making enough units to fill the anticipation of this product.

oh and 599 for existing sprint customers.....phhhht fuck that, i dont care if the phone wipes my ass and powders my balls, that price is nuts.

holy fuck is that an amazing phone!!!!!!

if i could get out of my new contract with T-mobile on my sidekick, I d sell it and get a 650, since i still carry sprint for my cell service.

 

650 looks to be pretty cool, but P1 screwed up big time with the memory. A lot of people are having problems because the 650 cant run a few applications because it only comes with 32mb of memory, and only 23mb is available to users.

I got one, 3 months old for sale. I got mine replaced under warranty with this one.

It is in brand spanking new condition. Includes travel charger, leather case, screen protector.

 

talked to my DM today and he said the 650 will be available with verizon the first half of next year. kinda vaige if you ask me. that can either be jan or june
