Yeah spurs to me are a big yawner, and Duncan isn't exactly the saint everyone makes him out to be. Everyone on the team is just too mellow, they need someone crazy, perhaps a guy with some tattoos or an afro, anything!
Pulling for Suns vs. Heat matchup, should be all types of "hot" slogans abound for that series if it happens.

Im pulling for a Suns vs Pistons matchup...high octane offense vs great defense...would be an interesting matchup since they are total opposites...I wouldnt mind the Heat either, Dwayne Wade is the most exciting player in the NBA playoffs so far.

Enjoy the Pistons playing flamenco all over yo' big Miami arses, bish!
Seriously, I think Detroit/Miami might as well be for the Championship, because West is sooo weak.

i wanna see detroit and san antonio in the finals. best matchup IMO, the best teams in the league. most balanced, very skillful. 7 game series. i think the pistons can beat the heat. and no doubt they will beat the pacers

btw, Seattle was 2-0 against the Heat in the regular season.

It was nice to see Daniels in the starting lineup, he caused some matchup problems for the spurs.
I still think the spurs will win it, but I'm pullin for the underdog.

It is all good though, cause when they get back home, they will pump it back up again and win 4-2

Tough loss for the Sonics - they had the momentum going in and they wasted it. I think we'll win tomorrow back in Seattle but we'll have a tough time trying to win Game 7 in SA.
Is it me or does Ginoboli flop a lot?

Ginoboli does flop a lot.....
And going into that series, the bad thing for the sonics was that they had to win at least one in SA to win the series. I don't think that's going to happen.... this year.

I'd would like to think that we could've taken this series if we didn't have so many major injuries...
Ray hobbled for games 1-3
Lewis out for games 4, 5 and maybe 6
Radmanovic out for the series
Oh well, here's hoping for a Game 7 that goes down-to-the-wire

Most of the local sportscasters were saying "sign the man" even before the playoffs. The fans love him that's for sure. He has a strong presence in the community too.
From my understanding, management is waiting for the new collective bargaining agreement to be accepted because it benefits them more than it does the players.
Management has been hesistant on Ray because of his age and the fact that he wants the max (Kobe Bryant money). Understandable that they're hesitant because the team is losing money with their unfavorable lease with the Key Arena and the fact that they also need to surround Allen and Lewis with other good players. Hell, even Coach McMillan is unsigned for next year.

So who is looking forward to tonights Pistons/Pacers game.
It's gonna be fun to watch how indiana handles the pressure that comes with "win or go home" games.

It could be Reggie's last nba game tonight.
18 years in the nba is quite some time, I would have wanted to see him get his ring, but I don't think that will be happening.
One Reggie moment I'll always remember will be the game against the Knicks where indiana was down 8 points with 18 seconds on the clock. Reggie made a tough three, stole the ball, stepped behind the line and scored another three, and then had two free throws. Indiana ended up winning that game.

That was the worst ending to a game in the history of the NBA.
I hate Reggie Miller. Such a whiner and a flopper.
