Oh well
just found this on an away message....
dear washed-up kicker,
a field goal is perhaps one of the most sureshot things in football. And u had ur chance and missed it.....twice, loosing the game and wasting the season. thanks doug brien, i hope you die in a blazing inferno.

Now that I pretty much lost this fucking game
I need Tom Lehman to beat Justin Rose by a stroke or more today
That's my big bet
$300 on it..pays out $277.97 + $300 back of course

This game isn't very exicting so far....I'm a Steelers fan and I'm wondering who everyone else thinks would be the more desireable opponent for next week? Seems as of now, Peyton and the gang can't do much in this bad weather. Of course we can't tell what the weather will be next week. But if there is bad weather, i think the steelers' style of play is better suited than the colts'....Plus the pats might have figured something out from their last meeting with the steelers.
Thoughts?

I think the pats are gonna take this game hands down, and i think pitts burg is gonna go down. Down down down, like they should.

I'd rather match up against the Pats.. You just never know what the Colts will do on any given sunday.. Not even the fact we beat the Pats before I just think it would be a better matchup/game..

We gave up the short pass (and screens) to make sure the zone coverage was behind the ball. Not allowing big passes shut down the Colts offense.
I'm waiting for the Manning "the pats are my daddy" speech
It'll be interesting to see what will happen when the Pats face a more balanced team down in PA next week.
With the way the Steelers played the Jets yesterday, it wouldn't suprice me to see the Pats favored, but it's going to be hard to beat the best team in football next week.
Where's TMK ??

^ The best team in football is the New England Patriots. They slapped around the Colts and the fraud MVP Manning around like a bunch of little girls.
Haven't we seen this before? Same shit happened last year. Manning loses a big game, and they label him as "can't win the big one" then has a crazy regular season and everyone rides his jock again. And guess what, his team can't come through when it matters most.
That guy can throw 100 TDs in the regular season and has every media member up his ass, I wouldnt care. Doesn't mean shit.
Put a fucking asterisk next to that MVp trophy that says "got owned again by Belichick and the Pats" and then give the hardware to either Brady, Dillon, or Bruschi.
Most fun I've had watching a football game in a while. Laughing at Manning and that stupid face/shrug he does for 3 straight hours.
to all the Pats fans
Can't wait till next week to spank around Rothadfwfkwgnnqberger and the Steelers.

I gotta say, NE surprised me....or maybe the lack of performance by the Colts surprised me even more - 3 pts! Thats crazy! No one has done that to the Colts in a long time!
Congrats NE....Judging by the play of Pitt. , NE should blow by Pitt!
The Eagles should be fine against the Falcons (but I have said that for the past 3 yr )
GO EAGLES!

the defence just didnt let the colts do what they are so use to doing. Ben is showing his rookieness and lack of playoff experience as we saw from the last game. We'll see what happens next week, by the way i would love to have a deja vu experience next week ,anyone remember the 02 AFC title game?????
