The Eagles should be fine against the Falcons (but I have said that for the past 3 yr )

GO EAGLES!

I think you just might be a $100 richer! They looked damn good on Sunday. My pics are PIT vs Eagles and the Eagles take it all..... Go NFC!!

Every team works in the post season to better itself, and the pats did the same by gettin dillon, i wouldnt be surprised if gets 100 plus yards against the steelers next week. As far as this season lost goes, well that was regular season, and these are playoffs, its win or go home for the team. Steelers be ready to be surprised as you were caught off guard in the 02 AFC title game. Pats have always performed best when they are considered underdogs, case in point yesterdays game.

I thought you all were wise enough to make the rest up for youself , i guess i was wrong. Anyways, pats wouldnt be playing the same way that they did in the regular season game. First off dillon is back, second the season is on the line, third its a big game , whoever wins this wins the AFC. Lets not forget Ben's performance against the jets, on top of that Brady is 7-0 in post season thus i say 12 > 7 = true.

I dont know if anyone else noticed it yesterday, that the colts recievers got battered yesterday. May be pats were testing the waters to see how far can they go before they get the yellow flag thrown at them .

Best way to beat the Colts is to play a passing defense first and run defense second.. Make them run at you.. You guys had alot of guys back there to stop the pass hence the gang tackling on the receivers..

I think they're hiding out with all the national columnists who said the pats were going down.

One of my favorite things to do after a devastating loss at the hands of one of our teams (i.e. sox or pats) is to read the losing city's sports section the next day.

I don't hate the steelers (except Gruden), I fear them. Well, I feared them until I watched their last game.

the Colts have to push for a rule that limits the Pats to 10 defensive players
Quote from the Indy Star

what a buncha whiners, i recall last year the colts were outraged at the NFL for not having a rule against the way Pats hammered their recievers, dont be surprised if the Colts bring up an issue this off season again. I think they just try to find a scapegoat for their poor performance.

Was it Eugene Wilson that made that crushing hit after one of the Colts caught the ball? The one that the announcers were saying could have been helmet to helmet? I felt that thing on my couch 30 miles away.

Yea, he threw his shoulder into him.. Looked like helmet to helmet but the replay clearly showed his shoulder plowing through him..

I think so, but that hit was sick. Also the announcer said "someone get the reciever a couple of advils please"

I thought that was the biggest bonehead play of the year, until I watched Sportscenter. Randy actually knew what he was doing. There were 12 men on the field and Randy was leaving. A lineman got confused. Randy should have called a timeout, not left. But at least he realized there was 12 men.

Good analysis here, but I haven't been able to find anything specifically explaining the Colts' use of a huddle. If I had to guess I would say that they were trying to play as calm and collected as they could given the conditions, the noise, and maybe even an attempt to throw the pats coaches off. They didn't start going to the no-huddle until they got a sense of urgency, i.e. trying to head into halftime with a lead and maybe towards the end a bit.

Great idea by Dungy.. I feel for Payton now.. They let him call the plays all year and now Dungy wants the spotlight.. I'd fire his ass...
