I agree with #14. James Laurinaitis is easily in the top 5 of middle linebackers in the NFL. I'm glad we chose him instead of Rey Maualuga.

Flozell was awesome in 2010. But I know at some point he'll revert.

Yeah he sucks. Every once in a while he'll make a big hit, but I'm disgusted by his lack of pass rush

Was definitely expecting to see Maybin on there.

One they should have on there is Jerome Simpson from the Bengals (receiver). We drafted him in the second round in 2008 and he only made his second and third starts at the end of last season. Injuries weren't the problem, apparently he is too dumb to learn the playbook

Worst part is, DeSean Jackson went four picks later

^ Oof. Hey at least Simpson doesn't have the problem of spiking the ball before breaking the plane of the end zone, like D-Jax does. At least as far as we know.

Yeah he's only had about three chances in his entire career so let's give him some time

Oh and your old buddy Ted Ginn Jr. should be on this list

Speaking of him, this is the caption for his main picture on Wikipedia:

Ted Ginn, Jr. about to get pned against the N.Y. Jets in 2009.

the bucs d line was tough to watch last year. hey Scottman atleast your number two pick is still in the league. The bucs took Dexter Jackson second round that year and all he ever did was fall down on kickoff returns and get cut.

Yep... the Fins are pretty much experts at f***ing up their draft picks, with the exception of Jake Long. Ted Ginn was a major head-scratcher. And of course, this is the club that passed on Drew Brees not once but TWICE (draft + free agency).

Ha, yeah, we've had plenty of those types. I can't believe we kept him on the active roster for so long. I believe he had one career catch coming into the 2010 season. Two, almost three years of nothing!!

And we also had your other Dexter Jackson at one time, he was a bit better though

Were you trying to keep this guy down? Seems to be a player and people in Tampa are pretty pumped about him.

Ha, no, I was talking about Jerome Simpson. That guy in the vid would be nice to have though...and the other Dexter Jackson I was talking about was your SB MVP

I was sad to see Jackson go. If I remember correctly he was pretty good for you guys.

The guy in the video was on your practice squad until we stole him.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers are paying one practice squad player a salary of $310,000. And Bengals coach Marvin Lewis isn’t happy about that.

The player is wide receiver Dezmon Briscoe, a sixth-round draft pick of the Bengals this year. When Briscoe didn’t make the Bengals’ 53-man roster at the end of the preseason, they wanted to add him to their own practice squad. But the Bucs offered Briscoe significantly more money, so he joined Tampa Bay’s practice squad instead. And while that doesn’t violate the letter of the league rules, Lewis thinks it does violate the rules’ spirit.

“When you overpay a guy on the practice squad, you create a problem in the system for teams,” Lewis said, per PewterReport.com. “I don’t know that teams want to set that precedent. They did with Dez. That’s not the great precedent for teams to set as we try to keep the NFL doing the things we’re trying to do as a league. It’s still a league of 32 teams and things are put together a certain way.”

Yep he had a good run here.

I wasn't aware of the theft

Don't really know what Lewis is mad about...not sure why a team wouldn't legally grab somebody they like. I get what he's saying, but I guess if it's such a big deal to him, bring it up with the commish and the owners
