I may be misinterpreting how this is going to work but don't believe there will be any mugshots. He lives out of state and won't even have to show up in court as he can and likely will be represented by legal cousel.

Another update last night on the local news. No arrest warrant will be issued. As Kraft is a property owner and at least a part time resident of Palm Beach County, they have decided to issue a summons and again Kraft will not have to appear in person.

 

That's what I thought would happen for a man with that status and a crime that's only a misdemeanor. I was surprised when I read that, but it seemed like a reputable source.

 

I don't think he is getting any special treatment so far He still will have to deal with whatever is handed down as punishment from the County and then because of his status will have to deal with whatever Goodell and NFL decide. I'm sure the embarrassment is the biggest thing he has/will have to deal with in FL / MA and the NFL.

 

The guy started dating a 30 year old actress less than a year after his wife died of cancer, he appeared in an "audition tape" with her that leaked to Barstool sports, he's generally been "out there" as of late, so I don't think this would embarrass him too much. I'm gonna guess they lose a draft pick, and maybe a fine, if the charges remain that he paid for a hand/blowjob (versus more serious charges that he was involved in human trafficking in some way).

Wouldn't be surprised if this was deliberate violation of the rules to get out of his contract, given the AAF and XFL leagues gaining (some) traction in the US (AAF specifically), and he would have more US exposure and potentially a better shot at getting back in the NFL.
