My youngest brother is a freshman at Zoomass. Hes seen a Red Sox championship, a Pats championship, and they have the number 1 ranked college hockey team. I'll be surprised if that place doesnt burn to the ground by the end of the school year

Out of curiosity, has any single US city won all 4 major league pro sports at the same time? (taking into acct diff sports have diff league season/year timing....)

Probably very difficult since all the pro sports teams are so competitive and to have all 4 would be even more difficult.
Even the Big 3 is gonna be hard: NFL, NBA, MLB.

That's as close as it got. Every other city has just been double winners.
In the 2000s, it was LA with the Lakers/Angels and then Pittsburgh with the DramaQueens and Penguins. We know of Boston doing it twice with the Cheats and BoSox.

Detroit pulled it off in the 1930s with a title in the NFL, MLB, and NHL...

Interesting as there was no mention of any of this on the local news. As you can imagine there was an enormous Police presence (State and Boston) along the parade route. So this must have happened after the parade and/or somewhere off the parade route. I watched the video a couple of time, and although I'm not positive, I believe this was a good distance off the route and although it was posted at 1:14 PM, we can't be sure when it was filmed. My guess - there was a fair amount of liquid courage consumed post parade. No matter what - there are always a few in every crowd.

Ok I was wrong. Thought it was a Pats fan bashing Philly last year. Guess he's a Dolphins fan.
This is the best fucking article. Stay classy Philly

While I have your attention, I was asking about going to Philly for a day or two in the travel thread but nobody responded. I did compile a list and from what I'm reading I should just stay around Center City between the Art Museum and the Liberty Bell.

I highly recommend The Rittenhouse Philadelphia; awesome hotel, a bit pricey, but geez do they take care of you.

The American Revolution Museum is neat. You can skip the rest of Philly
