After that video, I'm all in for the Eagles if for no other reason than to see the post-victory shenanigans and mayhem.

But his sulking, moping, immaturity and that gaffe with the laptop or whatever in college are obvious knocks on him.

I liked his teammate Steve Smith way more by the same token. He talked a lot of trash, even to the camera, and he fought with teammates. However he played with a ton of fire and backed up whatever he said and was exciting to watch.

Segueing into another player with some similarities - TO. I enjoyed his play, celebrations, and swagger... right up until he became a locker room cancer and egomaniac. I relished in schadenfreude when he got snuffed for the HOF, even though I feel he should make it in now. Guess I'm more bothered by TO since it affected my own team? He's a drama queen off the field, and even during the offseason and retirement... not that I ever watched it, but remember his reality TV show?

I don't recall Cam ever imploding his team's locker room. TO is much more of a diva, and I enjoyed seeing his Eagles lose in the SB against the Patriots. Funny thing is, I'm rooting for PHI this time around.
Pretty sure we were on the same page the year that Cam went to the Super Bowl. I have nothing against him, by watching Von destroy him was priceless. Then again Von went to my alma mater, got drafted by my favorite pro team, and then won them a Super Bowl, so I’m a bit partial.

Not dedication it’s about selling Pepsi. Someone getting paid to do it.

Now that Philly made it to the super bowl with Foles, are we all in agreement that Wentz is a system QB

Admittedly it was a great showing by both defenses and inversely, awful play by both QBs. I didn't care for either team, so it made for a boring game.

People like to shit on Cam though, I am not sure why beyond any inherent rivalry.

His demeanor when he plays makes it very easy categorize him as arrogant. But really it's just his style - easy for fans to love and easy for opponents to hate. Richard Sherman gets the same treatment. People look at the on-field antics and some of his post-game interviews and make a conclusion that's who he is. What they don't see is locally the guy is no-kidding intelligent, generous towards the community and very well spoken. I believe Cam is also. But both play with a lot of passion and what I'll call, "high school level of enthusiasm". Makes for an easy target for criticism.

I definitely liked Sherman at one point despite the rivalry. He is a master troll. His parents are very kind people, according to rival fans who have met them.

His whole "Sorry receiver like Crabtree" tirade birthed a lot of memes, but made me lose respect for him. I do understand he was really fired up though.

He kind of gets a pass in my book because for some unexplainable yet innate reason, I don’t like OSU. I think it’s their fans.

I don't know......in the battle between Matt Patricia and Nick Foles, lets just say Foles should have locked himself in the film room for the last two weeks with only a cot and food slid under the door.

So for those Pats fans - just curious. What's the deal with both coordinators moving on to head coaching jobs? I guess it's an odd move to break in a new O coordinator with Brady arguably late in his career. Anyone think if he wins he'll retire? I suppose it's hard to say - no one in the organization is going to say much.

Tough call on whether Brady will retire due to the departure of Josh McDaniels; Josh left for Denver a few years back and that didn't seem to negatively impact Brady to any great degree. Hell, it wouldn't surprise me if Brady has enough breadth of experience to be his own Offensive Coordinator.

They will some how end up winning so he can retire. Yes.

Strangely it's identical to 2004 when the pats lost both coordinators. Going forward Chad O'Shea(wr coach) will take over as OC and Flores(lb coach) for DC

0% chance Brady retires. His whole TB12 company and Tom vs Time documentary would all go to shit if he retired now. Also they just traded away the future in Jimmy G so I doubt he leaves Mr Kraft out to dry like that. Brady is f'ing crazy. Hes out to prove a point that he can play till hes 43-45yr old

This has happened in the past. Romeo Crennel (Cleveland Browns) and Charlie Weis (Notre Dame) left in 2004 after the first three Superbowl wins. The odd or unusual thing is neither one had anywhere near the same type of success they did in New England. We know McDaniels left for Denver and made his way back. I attribute it all to Bellichick as he is the master. Not taking anything away from Brady as he needs to execute on the field, but again - I believe it all starts with Bellichick.

I don't see Brady retiring because he loves the game too much.

True, coordinators have come and gone before. But when your QB is 40, some times those old dogs don't want much to do with new tricks.

But all that said, I think you all are right that Brady probably view this as the beginning of a new chapter not the end of one. And it's not like Belichick is going anywhere. The new O and D coordinators are going to be handed a system with stern instructions not to screw it up. I suppose Brady will be around until the heir apparent QB is fully groomed and ready to take over. Probably will take 2-3 years for that.

I found the best 8min video on the interwebs. Absolutely no bias at all. Only facts. Some say it will win multiple academy awards

From Schefter

QB Alex Smith and Washington now have reached an agreement on a new four-year contract extension, per sources. Smith, who had one year left on his contact, tied to Washington for next five seasons. Smith gets long-term deal from Washington that Cousins could not.

Any bets as to whether Cousins gets that $100,000,000 deal he's looking for?

Who needs a QB that bad? Maybe Jacksonville? Clev? Kirk is only 29. It will be interesting for sure

The #Redskins gave QB Alex Smith a 4-year extension worth $94M, source said. He gets a whopping $71M in guarantees.

Anyone ever been to or are going to the superbowl?

So crazy how expensive tickets are...but with this it's more of a week long event than a single game.

Better than the ones coming to FA in March....

I feel like Bridgewater and Bradford have potential if they can stay injury free and be part of a good system/coach staff. Should be interesting to see what the Vikings do this off season.
