Yes sir
Damn that game was horrendous for the Steelers D.
Ben didn't look too well.
Man now I really want the Texans to beat the Ravens. I can see us beating the Patriots in the AFC Championship game-- since they have almost no defense whatsoever against Arian Foster/Ben Tate.

I'm the biggest NYG fan as of right now. But, only until the conclusion of their game against the Fackers, of course.

Dude, calm down. We have the best running defense not the best throwing, they have one of the best throwing offenses, do the math.
If we can get to brees fast enough we have a great shot I think. Hopefully the elements of the stick help us out. I'm glad we are home so we don't have to hear chants of "who dat"..

It would be a good game. Unfortunately, the Saints will win, unless the 49ers D sacks Brees at LEAST 4 times and hurries him 10x more. I bet you guys will win if you guys are losing by half. Brees always has so much energy/momentum when he gets out of halftime with a close score/losing score.

Meh, the wind MAYBE affects them but cold? It's not exactly snowing up there. As for the wind they'll probably just go with shorter pass plays.

I haven't worried about the Niners D all season and I'm not starting now, next week is going to be a great matchup. However, what has worried me all season, and continues to do so, is our inability to score TDs in the redzone; scoring just FGs isn't going to cut it against a team like the Saints. Nonetheless, I can't wait for next week!
Also, I would love to see a Harbaugh vs Harbaugh SB.

Big Blue will go into Green Bay fairly confident that they can leave with a win. They barely lost to GB in early December, with Eli pretty much matching Aaron's stat-line. This time though, the Giants' running game looks to be in full swing (read: ball control).

My wife and I seemed have picked a good year to buy lifetime season tickets for the Giants....

Am I the only one on here that thinks Denver can go into foxboro and leave with a win. I mean if they play as well as they did against the squealers its possible. Right?

Personally I haven't made any predictions yet. But I will say is don't get too cocky Saints fans.... you're playing in Candlestick Park in the dead of winter. It's not snowing but expect to see a few balls sail on the otherwise dead accurate Brees.
I do agree though.... but then again most sports fans get way ahead of themselves.

Yea, let's make sure the lights come on.

Eh it is fine.
I look at it this way, we exceeded expectations already with our playoff win (similar to the Bengals). We have nothing to lose while the Ravens have EVERYTHING to lose. We barely lost to the Ravens without Andre Johnson and key defensive players out (score was close all game till end of 4th). We're playing a divisional playoff game with a 3rd string QB. If we had Matt Schaub, we would be the favorites to win the AFC. All the eyes are on the Ravens next weekend, and we have nothing to lose-- expect a good game and don't forget, Flacco is the Tony Romo of the playoffs (and Matt Ryan as you can see today)

i actually wanted the stealers to win that game last night. i wouldn't mind seeing them or sanfran in the superbowl with us. both are epic matchups.
we shall see...

Am I confident my 49ers will win? Yes!! Am I over-looking a very dangerous Saints team? No.
But as was shown by the Broncos yesterday as well as the Seahawks of last year, anything can happen in the playoffs.

Well, I've never really stepped out of the 4G forums...but I figured it's time the biggest Broncos fan east of the Mississippi checks in
What a game last night! I'm still in a state of euphoria.
We have another tough one this Saturday, but I expect another great outing by this young team! Until then I'm gonna enjoy the fact that we have at least one more week of football.

You need to brush up on your understanding of the AFC/NFC structure and its implications for potential Super Bowl matchups.

+1, Just remember, if you play them twice in the regular season, you'll never meet in the Super Bowl.
