My Sixers gave it a run.
Off-season plans
1) Max deal to Jimmy
2) Keep Tobias
3) Simmons either needs to get to 75/80% at the stripe or learn to shoot a jumpshot
4) Embiid needs to get in better shape in the off-season
Let's see what a full season playing together will bring.

That game 7 was so disappointing. The Raptors gave the 76ers every chance to take the game and they didn't. The only guy out there that seemed to play with desperation and heart for Philly was Butler. They better give that man a contract for sure.
Embiid looked terrible. Didn't look like he cared half the time and he looked fat and out of shape as well. I am so-so on Tobias but I think they need to try and keep him. Simmons doesn't need to be able to shoot much but he didn't drive the basket enough last night and when he did he passed outside on a 2-3 times he could have just slammed it home. Lots of times it might make sense to pass back outside but last night when at times they just needed to get something going he should have taken the slam to get some momentum going for the team.
As a whole, I am not disappointed in the season but that game, in my opinion, was disappointing. The fact that they couldn't take advantage of how bad the Raptors were shooting is a huge letdown.

However, I am sure there are many games in history that you could go back and say that after the fact. Did it look that way full speed too I didn't go looking for a comparison. Heck in the slow-motion clip it look like he carrys the ball too.

Warriors are definitely the favorites, but I wouldn't count out it being a closer series. Blazers have been proving alot of people wrong since the first round. They were terrible yesterday, but Stotts will make adjustments and I think game 2 will be more entertaining.

Gasol I didn't think was going to be a good fit in Toronto. They don't get him involved in the pick n roll like he was used in Memphis. He just isn't a really good fit with the system that they got going.

Boy did Toronto run Leonard into the ground last night. He looked beat! Happy the Bucks bounced back in the 4th to outscore them 32-17. The Bucks have a much deeper bench than Toronto, so the need to rest guys for multiple minutes while not giving up scorers is going to be key. Was a little worried last night. Every time we cut it to 1 or 2, Toronto goes on a 8-0 run.
If Warriors steam roll the TB's tonight, is that series over with?

The Western Conference All-Star Team did a nice job double-teaming on Lillard...so, McCollum was basically dared to beat them. He had a couple completely open shots which missed and when he drove to the net, he lost the ball. It was just awful.

Bucks fall in double OT... That game was horrible for Giannis! Worst I have seen him play all season. He needs to slow down and control the ball better, too many TO's. Middleton, I don' know what the fuck he was doing last night. As time was running out in reg he pulls up for a 3pt shot when the lane was open for a layout/foul when they were only down 2. Had multiple opportunities to win but just couldn't hit shots when we needed it.
I figured we would drop one in Jurassic Park. We will be fine!

I think the Warriors led in the games overall less than the Blazers. It was the latter's complete inability to close out ANY games that was mind-boggling. McCollum was an absolute liability IMO too. Frustrating to watch him play.

Thats how I meant it how Doom took it. They are running him into the ground and he looks in pain every time he goes for a dunk or jumps. He is seen on the sideline icing his knee in between breaks. Does not look comfortable at all. I think I heard he played 52 mins the other night in the 2OT game...

Yeah, seriously, Leonard has really impressed me. I haven't really watched too many games with him before but call me a big fan of his now. Love how he carries himself, the way he defends...awesome player.
Most annoying thing of the Raptors/Bucks? Drake. Wow.

Wow. I for sure thought Giannis was best player in the league but Kawhi is shining.
NBA All-NBA:
First team: Stephen Curry, James Harden, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, Paul George.
Second team: Damian Lillard, Kevin Durant, Joel Embiid, Kawhi Leonard, Kyrie Irving.
Third team: Russell Westbrook, Blake Griffin, LeBron James, Rudy Gobert, Kemba Walker.
I'm a little surprised Steph was over Dame but I haven't analyzed the stats though GS finishing #1 helps Curry's case. I know PG13 killed it and was a top defender but Klaw is legit better. Really surprised Jokic beat out Embiid though I've known about Joker for a couple of years. Gobert 3rd team lol. Have to fill a center I guess and he was probably the best defensively. First time LeBron wasn't first team in 11 years I read.

Bucks are falling flat on their face... Not looking good but here's to keep my head up! FEAR THE DEER in game 6. Coach Bud has to light a fire under their asses to get them going. TOOOOOO many mistakes and FT % is god awful...

I'm still shocked that the Bucks dropped 4 in a row, that's a disappointment. That being said, I think a ton of people, including myself, underestimated Toronto. They took the regular season against the Warriors, not that it really means anything now but it should be alright to watch.
I just want the Warriors to lose and for Kawhi to win a ring again.
