Heck without 2 ALL-STARS, the Warriors are mediocre with "JUST" Durant and Klay around.

I want to believe there's hope with the Bulls in Zach, Dunn, Carter Jr., and Marks...but, something is just not right with them perpetually. Is it their bench? Like, there's talent in the 4 I named...but, yet...they can't win.

He recovers fully (& they convince him to stay long-term), will be an amazing player for us. Wasn't a high risk trade either. Best of luck to Knicks' plans. We've failed miserably banking on our cap space attracting free agents, but NY is a huge market. I would be surprised if they pulled off Kyrie & Durant like projected.

Damn finally some shifting. I hope Knicks get some players so I can go see them since I'm always up there lately. I like the move for Dallas too. KP is great and plays the style of the new NBA big man where he can shoot outside. Love Luka's game. Plus Tim Hardaway Jr is a nice player. The DeAndre story is very interesting between him almost going to Dallas the first time and then getting traded almost immediately.

Hearing the Knicks will likely cut Wes & DeAndre to make more room. Surprising there's a ton of rumors for where Wes ends up next from back to Portland, Toronto, Sixers, to the Warriors. Did none of these guys see how he played for us with $18 million/year?

The Durant luring, I could see. Giant market, already has 2 (probably 3) championships by then, see if he's really ready to lead his own team. Kyrie flip-flops though with his emotions, hard guy to invest solely in. Kemba Walker may be a better guy to push for.

Well if the deal goes through you can pretty much call the Lakers the Los Angeles James Davis.
It is crazy how many people they’re willing to give up. Playoff Rondo, kuzma, Ingram, Beasley, Stephenson, 2 first round draft picks and Ball (let him go)

6ers look good with their additions. But, Raptors get Marc Gasol. So, this should be an interesting remainder to the season to see who comes out on top...
No one is beating the Warriors though.

I haven't heard shit about the C's this year. Been all Raptors and 6ers making noise so second half should be interesting. I guess biggest trade was 6ers/Clips deal. Maybe 6ers break into top 3. Pacers gotta go down with Oladipo out.

Fakers got cooked today in Philly.
Considering they still don't have many set plays since they haven't had more than a couple formal practices as a team. Future looks very bright if this is what they do before they get acclimated with each other.

Harris seems to be a good fit for them. Makes things interesting in the east finally

Reading this long article about the ref who bet on games. This is movie shit.
How former ref Tim Donaghy conspired to fix NBA games

There's isn't a college ball thread but Zion DeMarcus Cousins said he should shut it down and that college ball and the NCAA is bullshit. Pippen said the same earlier before the injury but some ex-players like Jalen Rose use the "For your team" BS that he should play.

I still think you should have to do minimum 3 years in college before going pro in any sport... Going to the pros at 18, is just too young to hand over 20 million dollars to a kid and watch him fuck up. Look at all the washed up celebrity kids that make that. It may not be a good comparison but I think 3 years would allow them to grow into a team player and not inflate their EGO much. I get it that he is good but he still has room to improve.
On the other hand, anyone catch the Bucks/Celtics last night? What was the call about the jump ball with .2 left on the shot clock at the end. I was at bowling and couldn't hear an explanation of what happened. I think it was complete BS that Boston had a chance to win.
Edit: I guess you can't get a "legal" shot off with .2 seconds. But it was a legal tip play. Doesn't make sense to me.
