I was thinking this too. Its a win for everyone.

SA - Pop doesnt give in to Leonard or the Laker and gets DeRozen in the process.
LA - They'll end up with Leonard one way or another
TOR - Possibly gets younger guys from LA to compete with BOS and PHI for the foreseeable future
